It's world cup time again in 2018 and football fever is at its peak! Football is considered the ultimate game considering the global nature of its appeal and the suspense each game brings.
This was a great time to introduce our tot to this beautiful game and help her understand the game's objective, which is to score a goal on the opposite team's net.
So, we decided to make this interactive paper plate "goal score" craft full with dodges and dribbling that would make Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo proud :). It was so much fun!

HOW TO MAKE FOOTBALL CRAFT?
MATERIALS:
Paper Plate
Wood Skewer
Cardstock Paper
Crayons
Glue
Sharpie Marker
Safety Paper Cutter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Trace the football field on a paper plate.
2. Draw the outline of a player on a cardstock paper. Color it with crayon and cut out the player figurine as shown in the picture below.
3. Cut the path for the player to move using safety paper cutter.
4. Drawn the other players on the field.
5. Outline and color the field and the players.
6. Glue a wood skewer to the back of player figurine you made in step#2.
7. Insert the skewer attached to the player figurine through the cut in the paper plate. Personalize your craft with a message.
We have over 30 Paper Plate Crafts and most of them have some kind of fun motion. These are crafts that kids can make and play with after making.
