HOW TO MAKE HORSE STRING ART?
SUPPLIES
- Wood Pallet Plaque (10"x10")
- Nails
- Thread
- Hammer
- Masking Tape
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Draw an outline of the horse head on a paper or print it. You can find a simple template on the google here.
2. Keep the horse head template on the wooden plaque and use masking tape on the edge to hold it in place.
3. Start hammering the nails along the horse head outline roughly 0.2~0.5 inches apart.
4. Remove the masking tape and template carefully.
5. Now comes the fun part of stringing. Start by tieing the thread to one of the corner nails.
6. First string along the outline and then start filling inside with your desired pattern.
7. Finish it by stringing along the outline one more time to give a clean look. Tie the thread on any corner nail and trim the extra thread.
That's it! Your beautiful masterpiece is ready to be showcased on the wall. Enjoy the string art.
