My daughter turned four last month and she was super excited to celebrate her birthday with friends at school. So, we made these thank you custom tags for the goody bags that she gave them.
I left a little section empty on the tag for my daughter to personalize these tags with her name. Love that she also added a little heart on each tag for her friends. Thought of sharing these cute custom gift tags on the blog for my readers.

Cardstock Paper - Optional
Jute Twine
Scissor
Hole Punch
Gluestick
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Download the thank you gift tags template (link at the bottom of the post). You can print them on a regular letter size paper or a cardstock paper.
2. Cut out the individual tags.
3. Cut out a piece of cardstock paper (color of your choice) a little bigger than the tag and glue the printed tag on the cardstock paper. Make a diagonal cut on top two edges of the cardstock paper aligned with the tag.
Note: This step is optional. We wanted our tag to be a little stiff and have some border, that's why we glued them to a cardstock paper. You can also skip this step if you have printed the template directly on a cardstock paper.
4. Punch a hole and tie a jute twine.
